ADULT COOKING CLASS: Puff Pastry and Phyllo Dough

spinachpieJoin us on Thursday, March 5 for our next “Cooking with Kevin” adult cooking class, “Working with Puff Pastry And Phyllo Dough.” Class starts at 6pm.

Learn the difference between puff pastry and phyllo dough, when to use which and how to create professional presentations at home using them.

Menu includes spanakopita (a Greek spinach pie), chicken Wellington, salmon en croute and a tasty finale.

A tasting of dishes ends the class.

  • Classes take place in the farm stand kitchen
  • $35 per person
