Dinner on the Farm, Oct. 12, 3pm

010_2014_03_02_brooklyn_brewYou won’t want to miss Dinner on the Farm with Chef Carolyn Johnson & Brooklyn Brewery Chef Andrew Gerson on Sunday, Oct. 12, at 3 p.m. at our farm.

Through roaming culinary events, Dinner on the Farm works to connect people back to the land and to the farmers and artisans who are making our communities a better place to live. At its heart, Dinner on the Farm is a laidback, late-afternoon party, full of good food, times, and beers. We’re bringing out four lines of rare and seasonal Brooklyn beers plus specialty Big Bottles. There will be lots of deliciousness, interesting neighbors and enough beer for all.

Meet the Makers
Start the day off with a Brooklyn beer and a meet and greet with local artisans, the chocolatiers of Somerville’s Taza and the family team behind Bantam Cider.

Farm Tour
Tour Verrill Farm with farmers Steve and Joan Verrill and learn how your food is grown from seed to harvest.

Savor a family-style meal created by 80 Thoreau Chef Carolyn Johnson and Brooklyn Brewery Chef Andrew Gerson.

Tickets are $55 each and are available here.
