A diversified organic farm, they began making artisanal raw milk cheese using grass-fed organic cow’s milk in 2006.

In music, Arpeggio means playing all the notes of a chord in rapid succession. They liken their Arpeggio cheese to savoring the aroma and flavor notes of the terroir in one bite. Washed rind. Strong aroma, beautiful finish, soft, spreadable cheese.
