Lots of fish today!

pollock with crab and asparagusGuida’s been busy in our kitchen today, and has some delicious fresh fish in our case.

Choose from local pollock filets with Cajun crab and asparagus stuffing;  Swiss chard and mushroom-stuffed sole with green kale pesto; parmesan encrusted haddock; teriyaki salmon and lemon dill salmon.
