COOKING WITH KEVIN: Sauces and Knife Skills

Thursday, Jan. 27th, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Verrill farm chef Kevin Carey has taught many classes at the farm stand and our January cooking class combines two of our most popular.

In part one, Chef Carey will demonstrate the preparation of Newburg, Alfredo and Beef Mushroom sauces. As always, recipes will be provided to take home.

In part two of the class, Knife Skills, Chef Carey will share professional skills to make using knives in a home kitchen safer and more efficient – from holding and handling to slicing and dicing! Participants are encouraged to bring one knife for Chef Carey to ‘appraise.’

$30.00 per person; reservations and pre-payment are required.
