A variety of winter squashThere are still a few spaces for our next Verrill Farm cooking class on Thursday, Oct. 21.

This 6:30-8:30 p.m. class will feature cooking with Verrill Farm winter squash, and includes instruction on appetizers, soups, entrees and side dishes made with our own butternut, acorn, delicata and blue hubbard squash (to name a few). A perfect class for the upcoming holidays.

If you’ve never attended one of Kevin’s classes, you don’t know what you’re missing.

His cooking classes always sell out, so if you’re interested in attending this one ($30 per person), you’ll want to call soon (978 369-4494) to pre-pay and register.
