Our first cooking class of the New Year will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 27th, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Seven Fish from Seven Regions

Verrill Farm chef Kevin Carey will prepare an all-American line-up of signature fish dishes from across the country, using lobsters from Maine, catfish from Louisiana and five other fish from regions beyond.

Classes are $30 per person, and pre-registration is required.
