Chef, farmer & founder to gather in Wellesley

bookJoin Henrietta’s Table Chef Peter Davis, Jennifer Verrill-Faddoul of Verrill Farm and Janet Christiansen, who was instrumental in founding the Boston Public Market on Thursday, Oct. 15, for a panel discussion on how to support and cultivate local, sustainable cuisine in New England.

Signed copies of Davis’ regional New England cookbook, Fresh & Honest , will be sold and chef Davis will offer tastings from seasonal recipes found in the cookbook.

The event, which is co-sponsored by Verrill Farm and the Culinary Guild of New England, will be held at the Wellesley Booksmith, 82 Central Street in Wellesley and begins at 7 p.m.

Reservations are requested (781-431-1160) as seating is limited.
