We’re now taking reservations for our next cooking class, “Cooking Asparagus” with Verrill Farm chef Kevin Carey.
This class will be held on Monday, May 7, from 6:30 – 8:30 pm in our farm stand kitchen, and is the perfect preparation for the local asparagus season, which starts in early May.
The class will include tips on cooking asparagus, demonstrations and tastings.
Registration is required. $35.00 per person.
